How exactly should I describe this game? I really don’t know how I can positively talk about this game when the story itself isn’t positive at all. In fact, the story present is, well, not to my tastes. To be frank, I stay a mile away from any kind that deals with “cheating” or “physiological” as the general story to this is about it.
Now that I have mentioned it, I might as well finish talking about it. The game involves four playable characters, two men involved in crime scene investigation, an character named Ethan (as you will notice in the video), and journalist. Each have their own story that somehow are joint mysteriously no matter which character you start off with. The story goes onto mention that all characters are looking for a serial killer known as “The Origami Killer.” Hence, the origami above; which the character lays down after each kill.
Why the killer would leave a trail is something I don’t understand when people make games, or general media, but I assume it’s on the religious front as they sometime in the future would like to seek atonement by letting themselves be caught. So, as you progress through the game and you encounter yourself dead, the game doesn’t end, but rather you switch to another character and it continues from there with the events that has happened impacting your new character (if he or she was drawn in the previous person’s story). If all four characters die, the game ends with a conclusion, probably something like, “due to the fact you have failed to capture the killer, his terror continues to be rampant and all characters that were involved till now remain a mystery.”
